Radiolucent PEEK-Optima® HA Enhanced in a one-piece design.
The Vector® Hammertoe Implant is made of PEEK-Optima® HA Enhanced. The PEEK material is compounded with HA, making it homogeneous throughout the implant.
The material is radiolucent and allows fusion to be seen in post-op imaging. The one-piece device has a distal threaded portion and a proximal press-fit portion.
The implant is available in cannulated and non-cannulated options. The non-cannulated implant contains a radiopaque locator pin to verify positioning during implantation.
